If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Here is the checklist.

Whitespace on autofill

Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. A space before or after the bet9ja promotion code can cause a silent failure. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.

Registration was already complete

The bet9ja promotion code 2026 bet9ja promotion code field only appears on the registration form. There is no way to add a bet9ja promotion code afterwards, through support or otherwise. If you registered without it, the welcome offer is not available on that account.

1. The deposit was below the minimum

Entering YOHAIG does not credit anything by itself. The minimum qualifying deposit is ₦100. Check that the deposit cleared rather than sitting pending.

KYC pending

bet9ja promotion code 2026 holds bonuses until the account is verified. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My .

Already claimed

The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. The restriction is enforced automatically.

Funds locked

A credited bonus is not the same as withdrawable money. Wagering runs at 10x, on selections priced at 3.00 or higher, within 30 days. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Progress is visible under My Account.

Next step

Contact bet9ja promotion code support directly with your account reference and the time of registration. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.

The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
